Worship
Class NotesThere are two ways to "take" my Worship class notes: (1) as a Microsoft Word file, or (2) as a Adobe Acrobat PDF. The formatting makes it impractical to put on the web as a good ol' HTML file, so I've elected to make the files available in these ways. If you don't have Word, try Microsoft Works or Wordpad (Windows users). Anyone can pull the free OpenOffice.org suite (which many would argue is better than Microsoft Office; it sure beats it price-wise!), and Adobe makes their Reader available for free.Obviously, there are advantages to using one over the other: OpenOffice will let you to get into the file and edit (if you need to), but will take forever to install and set up. Acrobat will only let you view the document, but at least you can have it downloaded and displaying the file fairly quickly. One last note, for Southwestern students taking from Mr. Vaught: Please, please, please don't download this thinking it will obviate the necessity to take notes in class! The semester kind of "fell apart" in a couple of ways, and we were only able to get notes in about half the book. Consequently, everything you've heard in class and will be expected to know about may not be in this file. Consider yourself warned. |
